Use the Subject
line to give a short subject (title
) to the question you have (i.e. Arrival Information, Special Housing Need, Expected Discount, Cannot Log In, etc.).
Then in the Description
box, provide a more detailed explanation of your question. If you have a more general question about the content of the
Web site, please give any relevant details. In the Reply Needed
field, select the timeframe in which you would like an answer. We will attempt
to get back to you as soon as we can within your desired timeframe. Please note, if you select "Now" timeframe, this will also send a notification
to Tier 3 support team which should only be used if you are at a point where you cannot continue and cannot wait for a normal reply.
